What is the CUIF Committee?

The Credit Unions, Insurance and Financial Services (CUIF) Committee includes dedicated volunteers from BC's most respected credit unions, investment firms and financial organizations in support of BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

Committee History

Since the establishment in 1999, the division has raised more than $1.5 million in support of child health in BC.  Despite the tough economic situation in 2009, the committee still raised over $340,000, which was the highest fundraising achievement in its 10-year history.

How Do They Fundraise? 

The CUIF committee members donate both their time and expertise to a number of fundraising initiatives including:

• Jeans Day^TM
• Slo-Pitch
• Childrun
• Sale of Hope Totes and other in-branch merchandise
• Corporate / Employee fundraising through cookbooks, bake sales, 50/50 draws, etc.
• Fundraising initiatives in the Okanagan and Vancouver Island regions
